I believe KK and Isaac Reed use it. I would consider it if I used my phone to access the forum.

I use it all the time. I think it's quite useful for most usage.

Cons would be that not all the smileys work properly, and I haven't figured out if there is a way to view private messages in sub folders.

If I want to do anything fancy, like adding photos or links, I will use a proper computer, but for standard replies and comments, it works great.

I tried it for a day and hated it so much I deleted it. I just use Firefox from my phone. I found tapatalk confusing to navigate, very low on functionality and completely unlike the forum structure in its layout.

That said, while I hated using it, it didn't seem to have any problem accessing forum posts.

I don't like it either which is why I asked if it is working. I just updated the plugin.

For some reason it automatically comes up on my phone in a way that clearly wants me to install and use it. When I say no and shut it down I get error messages and can't access the forum. I then have to clear everything to get back on.

I've never used it, & while I generally use the laptop for complex stuff [adding photos here etc], I find my free 'Dolphin' browser on my iPhone works well with the forum [far better than the generic Safari App thingy imho], so I think I don't need to reinvent the wheel & just sit tight, lol. All is well. :D

IE malfunctioning doesn't surprise me but Chrome usually behaves itself. I use Firefox for everything and never have problems. Just wondering if it's a problem with your browser.

There is an update to the forum software that is mobile responsive as standard but I am too scared to try installing it. Which is why the tapatalk is a stopgap for anyone who wants it. I must admit that this version of the forum works well on my phone with Chrome.

How many would actually like the standard forum to work on a phone?

I use my phone as my primary internet access, so I think it would be great! That said, I am perfectly happy with the Tapatalk app.

Most of the time these days I'm accessing via phone.
it would be nice, but not essential to me.
most of my problems are small screen, poor eyes and one fingered typing, hence often short posts.
